About the Role
We are looking for a talented and results-driven individual to work as a Customer Service and Scheduling Agent in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment. As a Perceptionist, you will act as an extension of our clients' businesses, providing personalized and helpful caller experiences, building trust and confidence in their brand. This is a work-from-home position, and we are currently hiring for a 2nd Shift Position. Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 4 Years of Sales or Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

- Strong PC and Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in using technology to enhance customer experiences and resolve issues.

- Office Experience in Relevant Industries: Previous experience in industries such as Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, or Handyman is a plus.
