Job Overview
As an Amazon Locker+ Returns and Pickup Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You will also assist customers with questions, work through problem-solving scenarios, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery
- Assist customers with questions and concerns
- Work through problem-solving scenarios to resolve customer issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
- Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receive truck deliveries and ensure that packages are properly stored and secured
Physical Demands
As an Amazon Locker+ Returns and Pickup Associate, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also be required to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may be required to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).
Work Environment
As an Amazon Locker+ Returns and Pickup Associate, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be behind a counter, working with customers, and may be working in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments, with minimal noise levels, similar to those found in a grocery store.
