Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Assistant to join our virtual team. As a key member of our support staff, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Key Responsibilities
* Code and enter data into our computer system or database with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Verify the accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections
- Perform a variety of clerical duties, including contact with other offices and/or the public to relay factual information or to explain simple procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and virtual office support
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in related area performing secretarial or general office work in an office with considerable public contact, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training that demonstrates the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Working knowledge of computer word-processing and Microsoft Office applications, including Google
- Knowledge, skill, and/or experience in the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) strategies or be willing to receive training in those strategies
- US and Canada resident only

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with data entry software and databases

* Experience in a virtual or remote work environment
- Knowledge of PBIS strategies and implementation
- Certification in data entry or a related field
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
