Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, providing consultation on pricing, service plans, and billing issues
- Preparing account changes, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and identifying potential new sales opportunities
- Assisting with customer retention and working with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Negotiating customer prices, service plan payments, and billing issues consistent with specified company guidelines
- Utilizing active listening and communication skills to provide customers with exceptional service
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with prior experience in a customer service setting preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

- Flexibility to work weekday and weekend shifts
