Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in coordinating schedules, resolving customer issues and concerns, responding to service and sales inquiries, and communicating with our field operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients
- Prioritizing, planning, and completing daily tasks, special projects, and assignments
- Facilitating accounts receivable and collection efforts
- Managing administrative requests and tasks
- Providing proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner
- Delivering accurate service and sales information
- Maintaining accurate records utilizing customer service software applications
- Responding to leads and referrals
- Partnering with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines
- Assisting in scheduling of service routes
- Producing accurate and timely reports
- Ensuring that work is complete and results are satisfactory
- Assisting in training of new team members as requested/needed
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, i.e., multi-task
- Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $41,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
