Job Description
As a Customer Support Group Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our customer support team to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers, partners, and couriers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with team leads to ensure we provide great customer experiences across all touchpoints
- Guiding and mentoring team leads to improve their performance and reach their key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Sharing knowledge and providing training on new work procedures and product features
- Collaborating with our HR team to improve the hiring process, focusing on well-being and creating a long-term career path for our team members
- Identifying areas of improvement and working with relevant stakeholders to implement changes and drive strategic growth
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 5 years of experience as a team lead in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- A proven track record of developing and building teams and customer experience programs
- Experience leading large-scale consumer-facing support teams through periods of rapid change
- A passion for data-driven decision-making, particularly when it comes to scaling efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage customer experience programs end-to-end
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
