Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving common questions and issues related to our products and services
  • De-escalating challenging situations and providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses
  • Collaborating with other team members and leadership to improve processes, procedures, and training
  • Welcoming change and adapting positively to internal and external changes
  • Building rapport with internal and external parties to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Proactively contacting customers and merchants to address issues and prevent escalations
  • Completing assigned learning and actively participating in learning sessions
  • Performing other duties as assigned by leadership

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of two years of customer support experience with heavy inbound call volume
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Bilingual - Fluent Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to consistently meet expectations in an ever-changing environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in the payments or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of B2B payments and invoicing
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
