Experienced Full Stack Project Manager – Community Platform Development and Growth

Key Responsibilities

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:

• Platform Strategy & Launch: Lead the design, development, and rollout of the arenaflex community platform project, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Community Building & Engagement: Attract the first wave of users through campaigns, partnerships, and direct outreach. Foster relationships among members by initiating discussions, organizing virtual events, and incentivizing participation.
• Content Creation & Management: Create and curate high-value content to drive discussions, share updates, and amplify user-generated content. Collaborate with internal teams to align community initiatives with broader arenaflex goals.
• Insights & Feedback: Act as the primary voice of the community, gathering actionable feedback to improve the arenaflex platform and user experience. Report on KPIs such as user growth, engagement, and satisfaction, and use insights to refine strategies.
• Governance & Safety: Ensure the arenaflex platform remains a safe, inclusive, and respectful space by enforcing guidelines and implementing necessary tools for moderation.

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in community management projects, including launching or scaling a platform from scratch.

• Proven success in building and growing online communities with measurable outcomes (e.g., increasing user engagement by specific metrics).
• Strong project management skills to oversee end-to-end platform development.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with community management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Circle, Discourse) and analytics platforms.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and improve arenaflex community KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with community moderation tools and techniques.

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and asset management concepts.
• Experience with content creation and curation.
• Familiarity with arenaflex's brand voice and tone.
