Responsibilities
As a Media Buyer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Managing various Performance Max campaigns with daily budgets ranging from $45 to $158
- Conducting monthly and weekly client phone calls to present campaign performance and high-level reports
- Reviewing Google's recommendations and checking recent conversions on a weekly basis
- Vetting and advising on client ideas, providing strategic input and optimization suggestions
- Managing CallRail analytics for phone calls, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Optimizing programmatic ad campaigns via StackAdapt, including CTV, video, banner, and retargeting ads with an annual budget of $150K
- Collaborating with clients to measure ROAS and set up effective tracking methodologies
- Proposing future budgets based on current performance data and trends
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar digital advertising role
- Proficiency in Google Ads, CallRail, and programmatic ad platforms like StackAdapt
- Strong analytical skills to review campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking methodologies a plus
Work Schedule
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 26-35 hours per month. You will have a flexible schedule with some fixed weekly and monthly client meetings.
Compensation

As a Media Buyer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, including:
- Client 1 (DSC): Managing a Performance Max campaign with a budget of $45/day, conducting one monthly phone call, and presenting a high-level report for the previous month
- Client 2 (EZY): Managing two Performance Max campaigns with a total budget of $158/day, conducting two monthly phone calls, and presenting a high-level report for the previous month
- Client 3 (STB): Managing two Performance Max campaigns with specific flight dates, conducting one monthly phone call, and presenting a high-level report for the previous month
- Client 4 (HLA): Managing a search campaign with two ad groups and a total budget of $133/day, conducting one monthly phone call, and presenting a high-level report for the previous month
- Client 5 (VNA): Managing monthly flights of Google Video ads and CTV commercials bought through StackAdapt, conducting a weekly phone call, and presenting a high-level report for the previous month
