Job Summary As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (2nd Shift) On-Site Full Time, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including: * Entering orders and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy * Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers * Triaging customer service requests and resolving issues in a timely manner * Calculating and verifying correct dosages based on prescriptions * Assisting in reviewing narcotic prescriptions and ensuring timely completion * Maintaining accurate customer records and providing information on allergies and drug interactions The Team arenaflex's pharmacy team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings.
