Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator to join our team in Ohio. As a Data Entry Operator, you'll play a critical role in processing child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail. This is a remote position, and you must reside in the state of Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

* Process child support payments in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and improve processes
• Meet stringent schedules and timelines, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Skills

* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collect, research, organize, and analyze data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Ability to work independently, with limited direction, and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet stringent schedules and timelines

Required Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least one year prior experience in data entry or a related field, with equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
• Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with child support payment processing and the SDU system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
