Key Responsibilities
- Manage local and/or remote resources to provide highly-available IT support to arenaflex employees worldwide - Assist the global organization in defining and owning strategies that create seamless customer experiences - Help the team develop and leverage their knowledge base to expedite issue resolution - Identify opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement to reduce requests - Set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization - Guide the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success
Essential Qualifications
- 5 years of experience developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations - 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT Operations Manager - Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional or military experience - Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration
