Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages on clients' websites and social media platforms
  • Answering customer questions and providing sales links and discounts
  • Helping customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully
  • Working independently and following instructions to meet performance goals
  • Utilizing the Squarespace platform and other tools to manage live chat conversations
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service or live chat support
  • Familiarity with the Squarespace platform and other live chat tools
  • Strong typing skills and ability to type quickly and accurately
