Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer queries via phone, SMS, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters
  • Referring queries and complaints to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution
  • Assisting customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and shipment details
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory to apply; however, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point
  • English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for the role
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary
  • Online U.S residents are eligible to apply for this role

Essential Qualifications

While a background in customer care service is not required, we're looking for individuals with:
