Your Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will be critical to their satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product and service information to customers, and making recommendations to meet their needs
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or banking environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a banking or credit union environment
- Experience with arenaflex products and services, or a similar banking or financial institution
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
Schedule
* Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST
- Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability)
- Schedules are adjusted per time zone
Compensation
* Competitive salary range: $43,680 - $43,680 per year

Work Environment
* 100% work from home, with the ability to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection
- Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
- A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
- Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
