Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and customers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance on a wide range of topics, from medication coverage and benefits to claims and billing. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet the needs of our members and customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support and service to our members and customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Answer questions and resolve issues related to medication coverage, benefits, claims, and billing
  • Work closely with our team to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet the needs of our members and customers
  • Utilize our CRM system to track and manage customer interactions, including notes, updates, and follow-ups
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and policies

Requirements

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other software applications
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and insurance industry trends and regulations
