Job Summary
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, provided that your computer meets our minimum technical requirements. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing all types of product-related concerns
- Take orders, verify information, track packages, and answer customer questions
- Navigate through multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone

- Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
