Experienced Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) – Remote, Nashville

As a part-time remote Customer Experience Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and helping us create a world where everyone has access to vision care.

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience
  • Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships, helping us to build a loyal customer base
  • Using internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments, staying connected and informed throughout the day
  • Dreaming up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points, so we can optimize each customer's experience and exceed their expectations

Who You Are:

We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be a creative and innovative problem solver who can think outside the box and adapt to new situations. You'll also be a sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to:

  • Attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls, where you'll learn about our systems, processes, and culture
  • Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, where you can focus on your work and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT, including evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Have reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router, as well as a laptop and all necessary equipment, which will be provided by arenaflex
  • Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit:

While not required, we're looking for candidates with customer service experience and experience working from home. If you have these skills, you'll be well on your way to success in this role.
