As a Supervisor - Sales & Customer Service Call Center at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team of customer service representatives who are passionate about delivering outstanding service to our customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, while also developing and mentoring your team to achieve great results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, motivate, and develop a customer care team to deliver outstanding service

  • Ensure that resources are in place and trained to resolve customer issues quickly
  • Track and handle call volume for optimal efficiency
  • Maintain the highest quality of service by monitoring employee-customer interactions and mentoring the team on how to improve
  • Apply policies, procedures, and guidelines appropriately and set the example for interpersonal skills, work ethic, and judgment

What We're Looking For:

* A seasoned leader with a proven track record of success in a customer service or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and credibility quickly
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with customer service software and technology, preferably with technical products or services
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • Customer service or call center experience, ideally with technical products or services
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a customer service or call center environment
  • Experience with quality assurance and performance metrics

What We Offer:

* A competitive salary range of $68,000.00 to $126,000.00 annually, depending on location and confirmed job-related skills and experience
