Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through empathetic and solution-focused interactions
• Building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, navigating complex customer interactions, and presenting tailored solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Embracing a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education is preferred

• Customer Service, Financial Services, or insurance experience is a plus
• Ability to navigate complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and positive language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, welcoming change and contributing to continuous improvement
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Reliable internet connection (30 mbps download/10 mbps upload) and a professional workspace with a private, secure, distraction-free area
