Job Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in online or in-person discussions, as preferred
- Completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- Using products and/or services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss prior to the meeting date
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior experience is required, but you must be able to work independently
Experience
While prior experience is not necessary, you'll need to be able to work independently and have a strong desire to participate in discussions and provide honest feedback.
