The Role
As a Patient Care Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking support and guidance on their healthcare journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to phone inquiries from patients, addressing their concerns with empathy, care, and attention to detail
- Utilizing your expert listening skills to quickly identify the root of a patient's question or concern
- Documenting all interactions in real-time, ensuring accurate and timely communication

What We're Looking For
* High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred
- 1 year of relevant customer care experience
- Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
- Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary
