Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and driving customer retention. Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship-building.
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive prompt attention and resolution.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the right support and assistance.
  • Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that our customers receive a satisfactory resolution.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that our customers receive a clear understanding of the resolution process.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual skills (a plus)
  • Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and syntax
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, ensuring that our customers receive prompt attention and resolution
  • Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
  • The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, ensuring that our customers receive a satisfactory resolution
