Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Care Agent to join our part-time team on a flexible schedule. As the first point of contact for our students, you'll provide exceptional support, address inquiries, and guide students through program enrollment and completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to prospective and current students, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through program enrollment and completion. - Act as the first point of contact for students, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. - Monitor student progress and engagement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance their experience. - Assist students with platform navigation and technical troubleshooting, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. - Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress, providing valuable insights for our team. - Collaborate with our team to plan and execute virtual student events and engagement initiatives, fostering a sense of community and connection among our students. - Identify and escalate complex student concerns as needed, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in customer service, student support, or sales, preferably in an education or wellness-related field. - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer care. - Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer support tools (Zendesk, live chat, email support). - Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment. - A passion for health, wellness, and education is a plus. - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
