Job Summary

As a part-time remote outbound customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Making high volumes of calls to customers to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze customer behavior
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, best practices, and customer insights
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

* Make high volumes of calls to customers to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze customer behavior
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, best practices, and customer insights
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service or data entry experience
  • Professional and articulate speaking voice
  • Own equipment (Windows 10 or 11 PC, wired headsets, minimum 50mbps download and 10mbps upload internet speed)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and software
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives
