The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
- Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution
- Informing clients about procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a friendly and respectful manner
- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the home improvement industry
- Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role
- Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
