Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management:
Receive, collect, review, and enter data into our computer system or tracking database with accuracy and attention to detail.
Data Integrity:
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identify and correct errors, and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide basic reports and data lists, spreadsheets, and reports to support business decisions and operations.
Database Management:
Create, modify, and maintain databases according to departmental needs.
Customer Support:
Provide direction and assistance to users regarding data requirements and status of paperwork, and train other data entry employees.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform routine office/lab duties, such as answering phones, maintaining supplies, and maintaining logs of activities and completed work.
Requirements:

Education:
High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree/Bachelors Degree preferred.
Experience:
Two years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
Skills:
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. + Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools. + Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
