Key Responsibilities

As a Sales & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting outbound outreach to businesses, securing appointments for free service estimates through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Professionally engaging with potential customers, clearly communicating the value of our services and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate records of scheduled appointments and customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Optionally, engaging in direct-to-consumer sales, earning a competitive commission of 20% on completed jobs and driving revenue growth through persuasive sales techniques.
  • Consistently meeting productivity expectations, booking an average of two appointments per hour and exceeding performance targets.

Qualifications
