Our Amazon Locker retail locations are designed to provide a seamless and convenient experience for our customers, and we're seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Amazon Locker Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to complex problems
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
• Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing

Physical Demands and Requirements

* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
