Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

Schedule and Flexibility

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with flexible hours available during weekdays and daytime. While the majority of work hours will be during these times, we're open to discussing alternative arrangements to accommodate your needs.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor, your earnings will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. With competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income while working from home. Additionally, you may be eligible for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

• Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Quiet, uninterrupted space
• Organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
