Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through consultative behaviors, anticipating customer needs, and providing tailored solutions
• Providing expert knowledge of our products and services, including printing, signs and graphics, and shipping
• Taking complex customer orders, processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records
• Operating and maintaining a wide range of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
• Assisting with training and development of new team members
• Collaborating with management to improve internal processes and optimize profitability

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent education

• 6 months of specialized experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
• Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in retail or customer service

• Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping products and services
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and financial transactions
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and take initiative to improve processes and procedures
