Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make you an asset to our team.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer concerns and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese (Spanish speaking a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
