Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing on-the-road assistance to drivers, addressing their needs, and resolving issues promptly.
- Responding to inquiries and support requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Maintaining accurate records of driver interactions and support activities.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of driver issues.
- Monitoring and tracking the status of drivers and their shipments.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring driver satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Familiarity with the trucking industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a 24/7 environment.
- Knowledge of logistics operations and transportation management systems.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms.
- Certification in customer service or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits:
* The first month is a training period, during which arenaflex will invest significant resources in teaching and onboarding.
- During this training period, the pay is $150.
- After the first month, if expectations are met, the pay could be increased to $190.
- Immediate promotions are available afterwards, with salary increases to $230, followed by $300 once goals are successfully met.
- arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Working Hours:
* On-call 24/7 to meet the needs of our drivers.
- Main business hours are based on Chicago time.
