Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional client experiences through personalized solutions and clear communication

  • Build rapport with diverse callers, navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
  • Utilize multiple systems to gather relevant information and present potentially complex solutions
  • Focus on quality and first-call resolution, minimizing processing time and after-call work
  • Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and improve overall performance

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education preferred

  • Customer Service, Financial Services, or insurance experience preferred
  • Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
  • Internet speed: 30 mbps download/10 mbps upload required
  • Remote work requirements: A professional workspace with a private, secure, distraction-free area, reliable power, and a hard-wired internet connection via ethernet to router/modem

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
