Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Virtual Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries and addressing client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Travel Booking and Planning: Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, and research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members, as well as preparing and maintaining documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and update data into arenaflex systems and databases, maintain organized records, and ensure data integrity.
  • Assistant: Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed, and assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Travel Booking and Planning Experience: Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software, with a strong understanding of data entry and management principles.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR), would be an asset.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages would be an advantage, particularly in languages commonly spoken by our clients.
  • Travel Experience: Travel experience, either personally or professionally, would be beneficial in this role.
