Entry Level Customer Success Specialist – Automotive Industry Expertise

Job Summary:

As an Entry Level Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships in a defined area. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure they're getting the most out of our products. With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll be the face of arenaflex in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support to automotive dealerships, both on-site and via video conference

• Conduct on-site visits to dealerships to understand their needs and provide expert guidance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product developments to provide expert advice to customers
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Training and Development:

• Classroom instruction at our offices in Houston, TX and Dayton, OH
• Online courses to provide in-depth product training and automotive industry knowledge

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Ability to travel up to 50% during the training period (approximately 6 months) and 25% after training
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
