About the Role
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable intelligence, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions, optimize business processes, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain complex data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Design and implement data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics
- Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data integration and data governance solutions
- Develop and maintain data security and compliance processes to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
- Strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
- Experience with data integration and data governance tools and technologies
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with data security and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS
- Strong experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
