Job Summary
As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will also be responsible for accurately entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, handling patient requests, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Accurately enter patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems
- Handle patient requests, including refill requests, medication questions, and other inquiries
- Resolve any issues that may arise, including resolving billing and insurance issues
- Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and medication data
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our systems and processes
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills, including typing, navigating software applications, and using a mouse
- Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, and using a search engine
- 18 years old or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a retail or call center environment
- 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including fulfilling quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Advanced keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
