We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Partner Item Director, responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI client overhauling items.
Job Responsibilities
As a Partner Item Director, you will be a key member of our Computerization Development group, focused on the process, discovery, and execution of advanced chat automation capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the acquisition and integration of continuous item discovery efforts and defining item requirements that provide opportunities to elevate the customer experience
- Influencing customer information, conversational analysis, industry information, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
- Working with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments
- Collaborating with core product teams to define customer stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature planning
- Leading customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identifying ways to improve the experience
- Analyzing performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and planning clear data-informed product suggestions accordingly
- Maintaining and refining the product backlog, planning customer stories to the needs of the end customer, while focusing on business value
- Supporting the definition and creation of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall customer experience
Requirements
* Four-year college degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Interest and enthusiasm to understand how things work and the ability to use that knowledge to create associations and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial outlook and bias towards action
- Excitement for excellent products and services, able to empathize with customers, and skilled at articulating product functionality
- A proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated by your ability to convey new and complex details with brevity and clarity
- Will have a forward-looking "growth mindset" with an emphasis on innovation trends and emerging industry/space best practices
