Responsibilities
As a Work at Home Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service via chat or email. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering general customer questions and resolving their problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, and implementing solutions
* Providing exceptional customer service via chat or email, ensuring that every interaction is positive and satisfying
* Escalating unresolved issues to higher-ups, if necessary, to ensure that every customer concern is addressed
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and other relevant information
* Staying informed about product and service information and making recommendations to customers accordingly
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
Contract Length and Rate
We offer a flexible contract arrangement, allowing you to work with us for as long as you like. Our competitive hourly rate ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. Skills and Background Needed
