Job Description:
As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service through live chat support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage information, and other travel-related concerns. You will also handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services
- Assist customers with online booking and troubleshooting technical issues
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements:
