Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking entry-level Data Entry Specialists to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting data into designated databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. You'll ensure data integrity and completeness through careful review and validation processes, perform regular data quality checks, and collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately input data into designated databases, spreadsheets, and other systems

• Ensure data integrity and completeness through careful review and validation processes
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors or discrepancies

• Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

Experience:

* No prior experience required; training will be provided

• Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field is an asset

Working Hours:

* Flexible, remote work schedule with the possibility of part-time or full-time hours

• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime
