Job Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with clients to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support experiences
- Investigating and resolving client requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing proactive support to prevent issues from arising in the first place
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and loyalty
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborating with peers to share knowledge and best practices
- Contributing to the development of process improvements and efficiency gains
What You'll Bring:
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-centric approach
- 2+ years of experience in providing SaaS customer support to organizations with complex models
- Proven track record of impacting clients to improve their experience and outcomes
- Experience in constructing best practices for help quality and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript) and customer support software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities
