Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with clients to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support experiences
  • Investigating and resolving client requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing proactive support to prevent issues from arising in the first place
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborating with peers to share knowledge and best practices
  • Contributing to the development of process improvements and efficiency gains

What You'll Bring:

* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-centric approach

  • 2+ years of experience in providing SaaS customer support to organizations with complex models
  • Proven track record of impacting clients to improve their experience and outcomes
  • Experience in constructing best practices for help quality and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript) and customer support software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities
