Job Summary
As a Part-Time Disability Services Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing critical support to our Disability Services office, handling sensitive student data, and ensuring seamless communication with our students. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, comfort with multiple computer platforms, and a deep understanding of the duties and responsibilities of working with confidential student data.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to the Disability Services office with data entry into the ELBA system, handling HIPAA and FERPA compliant information
- Enter confidential student data into the ELBA system, ensuring accommodations are up-to-date and students are informed of required documentation
- Collaborate with the Disability Services team to ensure seamless communication with students and resolve any data-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's policies and procedures related to disability services and student data management
Requirements and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
- Proficiency in multiple computer platforms, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student data with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
- Availability to work up to 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends
