Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced part-time customer support specialist to join our remote team. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers in the Fife Region. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading beverage company and make a real impact on our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, remaining positive and professional in all interactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical services
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Certification in customer service or technical support

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
