Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional
Qualifications
To succeed as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
- A positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Have gaming experience (a plus)
