Job Summary
As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in representing our dealer clients favorably online and turning online interactions into leads. You'll be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership information
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication between customers and dealerships
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that all interactions are documented and analyzed for improvement
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights for dealerships to improve their online presence
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, improve processes, and drive results
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
Requirements
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Must live within the state of Texas
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
