Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing feedback on call issues.
- Upselling if required.
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred.
- To be at least 18 years of age.
- Proven call center experience.
- To be able to type 25 WPM.
- Proficiency in PC operation and navigation.
- Entry-level network troubleshooting.
- The ability to set up home Wi-Fi network.
- The ability to set up and configure a router or switch.
- Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.
- The ability to work independently.
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- The ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- The ability to stay composed and objective.
- Active listening skills.
