Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving product-related problems, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Serving as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Processing customer orders, including data entry, and verifying order accuracy to ensure 100% compliance with arenaflex standards
  • Initiating and tracking documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing best-in-class products, services, and quality
  • Building relationships and fostering teamwork with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals within other departments
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in customer service, sales, and industry-specific areas

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic reading and math skills, with the ability to adhere to safety-related issues, including good housekeeping, ergonomics practices, documentation, and team concepts
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate knowledge of modern office procedures, including the use of personal computers, fax machines, and copy machines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • PC literacy, with experience in ERP systems (JDE/SAP/Sales Force/Genesis)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems, including CRM and order management tools
