Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for calling and emailing clients to provide updates on their orders, working from a set list of priority orders, and utilizing internal systems to track and notate your work. Key Responsibilities

* Call and email clients to provide updates on their orders, ensuring timely and effective communication

  • Work from a set list of priority orders, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently
  • Utilize internal systems to track and notate your work, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and client satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with a strong understanding of data entry and record-keeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
